Information for Vendors
We are particularly, but not exclusively, interested in vendors who sell items associated with Russian Culture including: clothing, books, toys, souvenirs etc. Please note: there is no rain date. The Festival will go on, rain or shine.
To apply please complete and forward the attached agreement, with your check made payable to RACH-C, 34 Hillside Ave 4C, New York, NY, 10040. Call 212-567-5834 before sending in this application.
Vendors will be entitled to a 12’ by 10’ space. We prefer that you provide your own tasteful tent, tables, and chairs etc., but our rental rates for tents etc. are attached.
We strongly request that vendors dress in tasteful attire suggestive of a traditional Russian look. See the following web sites for ideas: www.rusclothing.com or info@kidsculturecenter.com or Google “Russian Costumes.” Vendors with products that most relate to Russian Culture will receive priority.
Vendors may park close to the Cloister lawn on a first come basis. Otherwise, parking will be available, with a special pass, at PS 187, four blocks from the festival grounds. Set up starts 9AM. Vendors must be ready for business by 11:00 AM and have their vehicles properly parked.
Crafts space: Crafts artists who demonstrate as well as sell their craft may rent bare space - see vendor agreement. Please call with any questions. 212-567-583.
We look for 1.5 to 2 thousand visitors this year.
